As a health coach, I am extensively trained and skilled in the areas of listening, asking empowering questions, and assisting clients in identifying their personal values and strengths. Coaches use these skills to assist the client in defining where they are today and where it is they would like to be tomorrow, then work with the client to customize a plan of action that is: specific/measurable/attainable/realistic and has a reasonable time frame attached.
